• Location | Office-based in Colchester
• Salary | £28,000 Basic + Quarterly Bonus.
• Hours | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Sales Advisor to join our client’s friendly team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service and support to their growing client base.

What you’ll be doing:

• Turning customer enquiries into profitable orders for branded promotional merchandise.
• Advising clients on product options and branding methods.
• Preparing accurate quotes and visuals.
• Processing and managing orders from start to finish using our internal system.
• Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure right-first-time delivery.
• Following up on website enquiries by phone and email to convert leads.
• Staying on top of admin and order updates to keep everything on track.

• At least 2 years’ office experience in an admin-heavy, customer service-based role.
• Someone who stays calm and focused when things get busy.
• A genuine team player with a can-do attitude and hunger to learn.
• Great attention to detail and top-notch communication skills.
